Before Your Visit

1. When should I arrive for my scheduled treatment?
We recommend arriving at the SPA reception at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

This will allow you to change your clothes and fill out your client card. This card is only completed during your first visit and serves to familiarize our staff with your current health status. This will allow us to tailor your treatment to your specific needs.

2. What should you watch out for before using a SPA treatment?
We suggest not to overuse sunbathing before treatments, so that the effect of skin burning does not negatively affect the comfort of the treatments.

You should not depilate before body scrubs.

3. SPA dress code
We have prepared comfortable bathrobes, towels, slippers and disposable underwear for you, which you will receive on site free of charge.

4. If your health condition deteriorates before the scheduled procedure, please let us know in advance by phone or email.
This data will allow our therapist to accurately determine whether your indisposition is not a contraindication to the planned procedure.

5. SPA Policy
To ensure your comfort and safety, we ask that you adhere to the spa's policies. To ensure your complete relaxation, we also ask that you respect the privacy of other guests by silencing your cell phones and refraining from loud conversations.

The consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics is strictly prohibited within our SPA. In the event of a breach of this rule, staff will
has the right to ask you to leave the premises.

6. Reservation
Customers with a reservation at the salon will receive a text message (from the reservation system) to the phone number they provided, reminding them to confirm their reservation. If the customer doesn't confirm their appointment (by phone or text message) 48 hours in advance, their reservation will be canceled.

Being late for your treatment will be at the expense of the scheduled time of your treatment.

For treatment reservations of PLN 100 or more, the client is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the selected treatment price to the Spa's bank account number, located on our website. This deposit is refundable if the client cancels the reservation 24 hours before the treatment.
