Reservation and provision of services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reservations for services are accepted at the Moonlight Spa reception desk daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by calling 692 759 729 or at the office at ul. D\u0105bska 5, 31-572 Krak\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The voucher can be redeemed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To redeem the voucher, you must make a reservation at least 14 days in advance of your planned visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of late bookings, availability of services may be limited. Moonlight Spa is not responsible for any availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The voucher can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted or the Spa ceases to operate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid on site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellation and change policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation or no-show on the day of the visit will result in a loss of 50% value of the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Terms of use of the voucher<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer can make three attempts to arrange the redemption of the voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any cancellation or no-show is treated as an unsuccessful attempt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After three unsuccessful attempts due to the customer&#039;s fault, the voucher expires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation due to reasons attributable to Moonlight Spa does not affect the attempt limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Voucher terms and validity<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The voucher is valid for 5 months from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation takes place according to the current price list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moonlight Spa may refuse to redeem a voucher in the event of termination of business or withdrawal of the service from the offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moonlight Spa is not responsible for non-fulfilment due to changes in the offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Final provisions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The voucher cannot be traded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchasing and using a voucher constitutes acceptance of the regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The current regulations are available at the reception and on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moonlight Spa reserves the right to change the regulations while retaining acquired rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moonlight Spa may refuse to perform the procedure for medical reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regulamin realizacji voucher\u00f3w 1.
