- The voucher can be redeemed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- To redeem the voucher, you must make a reservation at least 14 days in advance of your planned visit.
- In the event of late bookings, availability of services may be limited. Moonlight Spa is not responsible for any availability.
- The voucher can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted or the Spa ceases to operate.
- If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid on site.
2. Cancellation and change policy
- Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit.
- Cancellation or no-show on the day of the visit will result in a loss of 50% value of the service.
