Voucher redemption regulations

1. Reservation and provision of services

  • Reservations for services are accepted at the Moonlight Spa reception desk daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by calling 692 759 729 or at the office at ul. Dąbska 5, 31-572 Kraków.
  • The voucher can be redeemed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • To redeem the voucher, you must make a reservation at least 14 days in advance of your planned visit.
  • In the event of late bookings, availability of services may be limited. Moonlight Spa is not responsible for any availability.
  • The voucher can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted or the Spa ceases to operate.
  • If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid on site.

2. Cancellation and change policy

  • Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit.
  • Cancellation or no-show on the day of the visit will result in a loss of 50% value of the service.

3. Terms of use of the voucher

  • The customer can make three attempts to arrange the redemption of the voucher.
  • Any cancellation or no-show is treated as an unsuccessful attempt.
  • After three unsuccessful attempts due to the customer's fault, the voucher expires.
  • Cancellation due to reasons attributable to Moonlight Spa does not affect the attempt limit.

4. Voucher terms and validity

  • The voucher is valid for 5 months from the date of purchase.
  • Implementation takes place according to the current price list.
  • Moonlight Spa may refuse to redeem a voucher in the event of termination of business or withdrawal of the service from the offer.
  • Moonlight Spa is not responsible for non-fulfilment due to changes in the offer.

5. Final provisions

  • The voucher cannot be traded.
  • Purchasing and using a voucher constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
  • The current regulations are available at the reception and on the website.
  • Moonlight Spa reserves the right to change the regulations while retaining acquired rights.
  • Moonlight Spa may refuse to perform the procedure for medical reasons.
