Moonlight Spa Reservation Rules

The following rules apply to all reservations made at Moonlight Spa – via the online form, telephone, e-mail and Booksy.

Reservation methods

You can book a visit:

  • via the form available on this website - without creating an account,
  • by phone: +48 692 759 729,
  • by email: hotel@moonlightspa.pl,
  • by Booksy - for services available on this website.

Not all treatments, group bookings, vouchers and passes are available through Booksy.

Reservation via online form

In the form, select the treatment, number of people and preferred date and time.

Submitting the form is a booking request and does not constitute confirmation of your appointment. The receptionist will check therapist availability and then send you a confirmation or suggest an alternative time.

Request a booking for your appointment

Select your preferred date. Reception will check availability and contact you to confirm.

You can select a category or enter part of the name.
Available times depend on the duration of the treatment selected.
Enter the number with country code, e.g. +48 500 600 700.
Important: Submitting the form does not constitute confirmation of the date. The receptionist will first check availability against the schedule.

Confirmation of the date

A reservation submitted via the form or e-mail is accepted only after it has been confirmed by the reception.

In the case of a reservation requiring a deposit, final confirmation will be made after payment has been received.

When booking by phone, the reception will check availability during the call and inform you about the next steps.

Reservations for two or more people

In the form, you can choose to book for one, two, or three people. The availability of the appropriate number of therapists is confirmed by the reception desk.

Gift vouchers

Moonlight Spa gift vouchers are valid for 5 months from the date of purchase.

Reservations using a voucher can be submitted via the online form or made by phone or email. Voucher reservations are not available through Booksy.

In the form, select the option regarding voucher redemption and enter its number or code.

We recommend booking well in advance, ideally 1-2 weeks. During peak periods, it's a good idea to book earlier.

Massage passes

Reservations using passes are not available via Booksy.

You can schedule an appointment by phone, email, or using the form. When using the form, please enter your season ticket information in the "Additional Information" field.

Punctuality and duration of the procedure

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your confirmed appointment time.

The procedure begins at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the duration may be shortened accordingly.

Reservation deposit

To confirm your reservation, we may require a deposit of 50% for the value of the services.

Once the date is confirmed, the reception will send you a link to pay the 50% deposit. The remaining balance is payable on site.

If you book via the form, the payment link will be sent after checking the availability of the date.

Cancellation or change of date

Free cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is possible up to 24 hours before your scheduled treatment. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the procedure or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
