How does the SPA Kraków referral program work?
The most important rules

- each person chooses a treatment worth at least PLN 310,
- one of the people is using Moonlight Spa treatments for the first time,
- the bonus is PLN 50 for each person,
- the bonus can be used for another visit for a treatment worth at least PLN 350,
- the bonus is valid for 45 days,
- the bonus cannot be combined with other discounts and special offers,
- The bonus cannot be used to purchase vouchers or enter the hotel's wellness area.
Referral Program Terms and Conditions
- The referral program is organized by Moonlight Spa at 5 Dąbska Street in Krakow.
- Two people participate in the program: a current Moonlight Spa client and a person using Moonlight Spa treatments for the first time.
- Both people should book a joint appointment and choose a treatment worth at least PLN 310 per person.
- After completing and paying for both treatments, each person receives a bonus worth PLN 50 for their next visit.
- The bonus is sent in the form of an individual code to the provided e-mail address.
- The code is assigned to a specific person and cannot be transferred to another person.
- The bonus is valid for 45 days from the date it is awarded.
- The bonus can be used for a regular treatment worth at least PLN 350.
- You can use one bonus per visit.
- The bonus cannot be combined with other discounts, special offers or codes.
- The bonus cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers, products or to use the hotel's wellness area.
- The bonus cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The deposit for the next visit is calculated from the regular price of the treatment, and the bonus is deducted from the amount remaining to be paid on site.
- The code must be provided when booking or entered in the comments section of the booking form.
- If the bonus is not used within the deadline, the code expires.
- If your appointment is cancelled in accordance with the booking rules, the code remains valid until its original expiry date.
- In the event of absence or cancellation of the visit after the required deadline, the bonus may be considered as used.
- Moonlight Spa reserves the right to terminate the program. Termination of the program does not affect the validity of previously assigned codes.
When booking, please include "Referral Program" and the name of your second guest in the comments section. The front desk will review the program terms and conditions and contact you to confirm your joint visit.

Do you have to come for treatments at the same time?
Bookings should be made for a group appointment. Treatment start times may vary slightly depending on therapist availability.

Yes. The SPA Kraków referral program is available to both women and men. You can bring your partner, friend, or other significant other.
