Terms and Conditions for Redeeming Vouchers

1. Booking and Service Delivery
   • The Moonlight Spa reception desk accepts reservations for services daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. by calling 692 759 729 at its location at 5 Dąbska St., 31-572 Kraków.
   • The voucher can be redeemed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p. m.
   • To redeem the voucher, you must make a reservation at least 14 days in advance of your planned visit.
   • For last-minute reservations, service availability may be limited. Moonlight Spa is not responsible for a lack of available slots.
   • A fixed-amount voucher can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted or the spa ceases operations.
   • If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid on site.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
   • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
   • Cancellation or failure to show up on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
3. Terms and Conditions for Using the Voucher
   • The customer has three chances to schedule an appointment to redeem the voucher.
   • Any cancellation or no-show is considered a failed attempt.
   • After three unsuccessful attempts due to the customer's fault, the voucher expires.
   • A cancellation due to reasons attributable to Moonlight Spa does not affect the number of attempts allowed.
4. Voucher Expiration Dates and Validity
   • The voucher has no expiration date.
   • The project is carried out according to the current price list.
   • Moonlight Spa may refuse to honor a voucher if it ceases operations or discontinues a service.
   • Moonlight Spa is not liable for failure to fulfill an order due to changes in the offer.
5. Final Provisions
   • The voucher may not be sold.
   • By purchasing and using this product, you agree to these terms and conditions.
   • The current terms and conditions are available at the front desk and on the website.
   • Moonlight Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions while preserving acquired rights.
   • Moonlight Spa may refuse to perform a treatment for medical reasons.
