Before a massage or spa ritual, you can enjoy the hotel's pool, jacuzzi, and saunas, and plan a longer stay dedicated to relaxation. The wellness area is part of the hotel and not part of Moonlight Spa. Separate rules and fees apply, determined by the hotel. Hotel guests have access to the wellness area included in their stay, while other guests can purchase entry for an additional fee.
It is best to use the wellness area before the treatment to remain in a peaceful state of relaxation after the massage.

The hotel's wellness area allows you to combine a visit to Moonlight Spa with relaxation in the water and saunas. It can be used before a massage, body ritual, or facial treatment.

How to combine the wellness area with a treatment?
It's best to indicate your desire to use the wellness area when booking your treatment at Moonlight Spa. The receptionist will help you plan your entry time so that you finish your stay in the area before the massage or ritual begins. Please allow sufficient time for your arrival. For hourly entry, it's recommended to arrive at least 75-90 minutes before your treatment to allow for a peaceful preparation and to arrive at the Moonlight Spa reception desk before your appointment.
After using the wellness area, please report to Moonlight Spa approximately 10–15 minutes before the confirmed treatment time.

The hotel wellness area and the VIP room Moonlight Spa are two different places.
The hotel's wellness area includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. Other hotel guests also use it.
The VIP Room is a private Moonlight Spa treatment room equipped with a sauna and a bathtub. Selected massages and rituals are performed in the room for one or two people. The bathtub can be an addition to a treatment or part of an extended bathing ritual.

The wellness area is available for those coming for a couple's massage, a shared spa experience, a birthday party, or a bachelorette party. A separate fee is charged for each person using the area. For larger groups, treatments can be arranged on a rotating basis. In this case, some guests can choose an hourly entry, while those staying longer should choose the unlimited option.
Larger groups wishing to use the wellness area must register in advance. Availability and the possibility of group entry are subject to confirmation by the hotel on a case-by-case basis.

The Krakow Wellness Area is part of the hotel and should not be confused with the VIP treatment room at Moonlight Spa. The VIP treatment room is a private space reserved for guests who wish to participate in selected treatments and rituals.
