1. Reservation and provision of services
- Reservations for services are accepted at the Moonlight Spa reception desk daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by calling 692 759 729 or at the office at ul. Dąbska 5, 31-572 Kraków.
- The voucher can be redeemed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- To redeem the voucher, you must make a reservation at least 14 days in advance of your planned visit.
- In the event of late bookings, availability of services may be limited. Moonlight Spa is not responsible for any availability.
- The voucher can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted or the Spa ceases to operate.
- If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid on site.
2. Cancellation and change policy
- Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit.
- Cancellation or no-show on the day of the visit will result in a loss of 50% value of the service.
3. Terms of use of the voucher
- The customer can make three attempts to arrange the redemption of the voucher.
- Any cancellation or no-show is treated as an unsuccessful attempt.
- After three unsuccessful attempts due to the customer's fault, the voucher expires.
- Cancellation due to reasons attributable to Moonlight Spa does not affect the attempt limit.
4. Voucher terms and validity
- The voucher is valid for 5 months from the date of purchase.
- Implementation takes place according to the current price list.
- Moonlight Spa may refuse to redeem a voucher in the event of termination of business or withdrawal of the service from the offer.
- Moonlight Spa is not responsible for non-fulfilment due to changes in the offer.
